To Everyone at Huntleys,

I would just like to take this opportunity to congratulate the management and staff at Huntley's for providing a great place to visit. I was born and raised in Lancashire but have lived overseas for 12years, I have travelled around the world and I always make it my business to try local cuisine and regional specialities everywhere I go. I now run a small business in Spain publishing restaurant guides such is my passion for good food.

On a recent visit to Lancashire, I decided I would go in search of Lancastrian specialites and so my search took me to Huntley's. I treated myself to your Bowland Lamb hot pot, and in my opinion, this dish is up there with some of the very best. I often wonder how many Lancastrians know what a gem they have on their own doorstep?

I just wanted to say thanks for all the hard work everyone puts into Bonfire and fireworks night! it was our second time with you and it was fab!! my daughter and her friend had a great time despite the rain, as did we!! the birds of prey, the mulled wine, the hot pot, and of course the wonderful Huntley's ice cream and the thing that makes it even better the Huntley's welcome! thank you for a really enjoyable evening."

"We stopped in at Huntley's food hall for the first time today on our way home to Liverpool after a day out at Skipton. We were welcomed by Eddie Cowpe, who personally showed us around the store explaining it's background and origins of many of the products.

We just wanted to say a big thank you and to let you know just how impressed we are with the quality of the foods on offer and the service we received. We had a wonderful meal this evening and will certainly return in the future - it was an absolute pleasure and a big thanks for the time Mr Cowpe gave us.
