In the deli area we stock a selection of over a 100 cheeses which range from locally produced Lancashire Creamy to sought after Blue Vinney. We aim to cater to every taste bud and are always on hand to answer any questions or offer a sample! To compliment any cheese we have a broad range of exquisite chutneys all from local producers. We stock Lisa Reedy’s Spicy Red Pepper Relish and Clippys’ Apple & plum walnut chutney. We can also happily make a memorable cheese board, which will be an ideal treat, or a present for that special someone.

Our impressive preserves section is a showcase of locally produced goods. We proudly support several local suppliers that are frequently on hand with samples, tell their stories and promote their brands. In this section you will find traditional preserves and also more unusual preserves, will enable you to try something new.

The Huntley’s ready meals can also be found in our Food Hall, and promises to offer a cooked at home taste with a selection of your favourite traditional and seasonal dishes. The ready meals are all produced on site using products that are available in our Food Hall and often vary to keep our selection fresh and diverse…. So watch out for this weeks variety.

Our charcuterie counter compliments our deli section perfectly with meats that are cooked on site especially for you and also a selection of locally smoked specialities. We have an admirable range of salami’s and other cured products which are all available to try before you buy!

Overall the Food Hall is an ideal location for a weekly shop or to pick up a few essentials. We are guaranteed to be any food lover’s paradise and also a great day out with a chance to try something different. There is always something new and exciting happening and above all we pride ourselves on being the place ‘where quality matters’!

A showcase for local and Great British quality food.

Huntleys Food Hall opened as a location to showcase local and speciality foods. The Food Hall targets local producers with its aim being ‘local and quality’. We sell many products which are not available in supermarkets and we produce as much as possible ‘in house’. The team in the Food Hall are always on hand to explain about our produce and offer their expertise knowledge about our products. On site we have our own artisan bakery and butchers with selected meats from our own farm and we produce a spectacular range of homemade ice cream with over 80 flavours on offer.

Did you know we produce around 16 thousand sausages a week! We worked out that if on average they are all 5 inches long they would reach from Huntley’s to Samlesbury Hall!

Huntley’s Hampers are becoming some of the most favourite ones around the area, if we do say so ourselves!

No matter how small or large you would like a hamper, Huntley’s team are more than happy to assist!

It’s easy, all you do is come in and speak to one of our friendly staff members who will give you ideas of what to put in them, or grab a trolley fill it to the brim and hand it over to the staff and they will package it together for you!

We have shown a few examples here but, there are no rules on what to spend or even what to put in them so shop til your hearts content!

In the Food Hall the fruit and vegetables are locally sourced with our motto being locally grown when in season. We also grow a selection of fruit and vegetables on site and offer a ‘pick your own’ option during the summer months. This year we were able to offer gooseberries to broad beans! We often have seasonal produce on promotion with weekly offers.

Our traditional sweet section will entice you on a trip down memory lane with lots of childhood favourites such as sarsaparilla drops and mint balls. We have a range of hand crafted chocolates from a local supplier Choc Lori which produce a skilful selection of unique gifts and naughty treats such a chocolate dipped peanut brittle! The sweet selection on offer certainly attracts people of all generations and we always stock lots of unique seasonal treats for Easter, Christmas and any other special occasion.

Also in our Food Hall we produce our own selection of pies that guarantee to keep you returning again an again. The pies range from our famous steak & stilton to a creamy chicken and mushroom which are made in our bakery along with lots of tempting sweet treats and freshly baked bread. The goods from the bakery are sure to satisfy any lunch time hunger or impress at a dinner party.
