Every palate is catered for with our high quality, eclectic range of produce, from local meats and specialty cheeses to fine confectionary.
Food miles will be a massive consideration and if a product cannot be found within the region it will be sourced as close to as possible.

Carrot Cake, Lemon Cake, Helen’s Chocolate Surprise, and Helen’s Fruit Delight. All are available at our Bakery counter to take away as a full cake or in slices – please do call in advance if you wish to pre-order full cakes.

Plus Lemon drizzle, Bakewell, Chocolate, Coffee, Carrot, Victoria Sponge, Vanilla Slices, Strawberry tarts, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Sticky Chocolate Pudding, Apple Pies, Crumbles, Bread and Butter puddings. We could go on forever and they are all made in our bakery by Helen, Katie, Emily and sometimes Mark (who we think just likes to try all of the cakes and that’s why he helps them out!).

Our bread is made fresh daily from a 60 year old recipe, without preservatives or improvers, by Mark, Dave
and Callam.
By using a long fermentation we make a bread which is full of flavour, just like bread used to be! This is not a quick process, it will take nearly three days to make a loaf, two days for the fermentation to develop the flavour and then on the third day it is made into bread.
If you cannot make it to us every week then why not keep an eye on the special items we have available in our bakery a different times of the year!

Take Away Sandwiches and Meals
Hot counter extra lines available for you to take home from in the hot counter : - Ribs, Ham shanks and chicken wings! Available from 11.30am to 15.30pm Extra lines available during the week are Pizza Baguettes, Cheese and Onion, Cornish and Meat and potato pasties and sausage rolls!
Come and visit our Food Halls new Take Away counter! It is available from 11am until 3pm (excluding Bank Holidays) we have sandwiches, pasties, sausage rolls, pizza, soup and a roll and there are new lines being added weekly!
Our Executive Chef, Mark Pennington, has conjured up a wide range of take-away dishes, using only local, fresh, seasonal food at its very best. You will be spoilt for choice with the selection of fresh salads, soups and ready-prepared meals, as well as his own selection of pates.

The fish counter will only be open for pre-packed items on Tuesdays fresh fish will not be available solely on this day!

With over 80 years experience resting behind the counter the Butchers at Huntley’s is a meat eaters dream.
As licensed game dealers, customers come from far and wide knowing that they are assured of top quality cuts and a personable, knowledgeable service. The butchers are also happy to give advice on recipes and preservation techniques.
A full range of meat is sourced at Huntley’s Farm or locally. There is traditionally reared poultry, home fed Beef and Ribble Valley lambs, plus bacon and hand-linked sausages all available for your daily needs.
Master Butchermen Tony Davison and Ken Westall pride themselves on correctly prepared produce with no hidden joints, giving you the very finest and tastiest cuts.

Our individual deli counters serve meats and charcuterie, as well as specialty cheeses. All this produce is complemented with a choice of breads from our own bakery, a display of fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables in addition to a range of dairy products. The Food Hall also boasts an extensive array of cooking essentials, such as pickles, oils, herbs and spices… and of course our shop would not be complete without our famous selection of over 80 flavours of Moo2You ice cream.
