Huntley’s is a unique shopping and dining experience based in Samlesbury, Preston. The restaurant and ice cream parlour opened in 2001 and the addition of the Food Hall was opened in 2008.

The proud owners of Huntley’s Eddie & Kate Cowpe have developed the business into a showcase for local produce and we pride ourselves on promoting our company logo ‘where quality matters’ both within our Restaurant and Food Hall. The Cowpe family have been farming in the area of Samlesbury for over 800 years and are often around to give a warm welcome to any visitors.
